Cancellation Policy:

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. I understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please give 24 hours' notice prior to changing or canceling and I will waive the cancellation fee. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time I reserve the right to charge a cancellation/no show fee of 25% of the service price.
